Technical-Economic Substantiation of the Facade Heated Insulation System of II-04 Series

Donbas National Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture
Abstract. The article examines the feasibility of facade insulation of buildings built during the period of industrial construction from the technical and economic point of view. The outer enclosing structures, buildings of the II-04 series, were designed according to the heat engineering requirements of the 1960s, which, with the current price of energy, is unacceptable and wasteful for both residents and the state as a whole. The analysis of modern methods of insulation of the exterior walls of the building is made taking into account the price of construction and installation works for the insulation of the building envelope. The necessary thickness of the insulation is calculated to bring the thermal characteristics of the wall to modern energy saving and sanitary regulatory requirements. The article outlines two calculations of the feasibility study for the insulation of external enclosing structures, which differ from each other, taking into account the increase in tariffs for energy.
Keywords: payback, thermal upgrading, resistance to heat transfer, heat transfer coefficient.

Classification of Types of Permissible Use of Land Plots

Kuban State Technological University
Abstract. In this article, the authors consider the legislative and regulatory framework for the classification of types of permitted use. The statistics on land plots in the Krasnodar region are given, the information about which was contained in the State Committee for the Construction at the end of 2016. The application of the approved classification in practice with respect to the plots within the boundaries of the municipality of Krasnodar was analyzed. The article identified the problems of classification of the types of permitted use, as well as proposed actions to prevent negative consequences from improperly formulated types of permitted use of land.
Keywords: land plot, type of permitted use, land use and development rules.

Investigation of Sound Insulation of Light Multi-Layered Enclosures

Donbas National Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture
Abstract. This article presents the results of theoretical and experimental studies about sound insulation of multi-layered light barriers. Calculation of sound insulation of structures was performed according to the theory of self-consistency of the parameters of external sound fields and the wave field of fence oscillations developed by the scientific school of professor M. S. Sedov. This method makes it possible to investigate the passage of sound through a multi-layered enclosure taking into the account its dual nature (resonant and inertial passage) to determine the ultimate sound insulation of fences and their internal reserves; they are necessary for the development of rational soundproof solutions for multi-layered light fences. The main ways to increase sound insulation by using internal reserves are defined as follows: to reduce the resonant sound transmission; to reduce the cylindrical rigidity of the fence without significantly changing its mass with the use of layered fences of different thicknesses; the introduction of acoustic separation between the lining and the frame due to the presence of a sound-absorbing layer in the air gap; and to reduce the modulus of elasticity of the material of this layer. The obtained results of the research are recommended for introduction in the design of interior partitions in the projects with residential and public buildings.

Fillers for Concrete ff Steel-Smelting Slags

Donbas National Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture
Abstract. Physic and mechanical properties, chemical and the mineralogical structures of dusty sandy and crushed stone fractions of steel-smelting slags of the «Donetskstal» plant for the purpose of their application for heavy concrete are studied. It is established that after crushing and a screening of slag crushed stone can be used for concrete of the classes B15–B30. Slag sand belongs to large, contains up to 20–25 % of dusty fraction and the possibility of his use as small filler of concrete demands check on concrete compositions.
Keywords: steel-smelting slags, fillers of concrete, chemical and mineralogical structure, physic and mechanical properties.
